We are open year-round. (Closed Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Day, December 26, and New Year's Day.)

Planting Guarantee:
Plants furnished and planted by Ivy Nursery will be guaranteed 100% for
one year from the date of planting. Plants which die during this period
will be replaced once at no cost. Plants furnished, but not planted by
Ivy Nursery, will be guaranteed 50% for the first 90 days.
We do not guarantee perennials, annuals, seeds, bulbs, hanging baskets,
or any plants in urns, pots, boxes or under overhangs. We cannot be
responsible for plants that die due to conditions beyond our control
such as floods, or excessive weather, hail, sleet, wind, frost,
drought, insects, disease, or damage caused by children or animals.

Nursery Stock Delivery:
We offer design services and local delivery. You may opt for our bed
preparation and planting services, which carry our full year guarantee.
Gift Flower Delivery:
We deliver anywhere in the
immediate Charlottesville area, including private residences, business,
hospitals and nursing homes. Please call for pricing.
Complimentary Foil and Bow:
For a hostess gift or a quick dress-up for your plant we offer green
foil and complimentary bow.
Complimentary Gift Wrap:
We offer complimentary gift
wrapping for most items. Our gift wrap changes seasonally.
Shipping:
We are happy to package and ship gift items. We offer shipping
priced according to item and carrier. Due to the size and weight of
some items, please inquire about gift wrap and shipping.
Return Policy:
Most items can be returned. Refunds will be applied according to
payment type at time of purchase.
